ubuntu 24.04, ubuntu 26.04 , and zorin OS.
only stable browser is firefox,
opera freezes
chromium video rendering instability
chrome freezes up pc.
This affects ubuntu 24.04, ubuntu 26.04 and zorin OS(brave browser
doesnt work)
suspected cause video rendering instability for all.
