This also affects me; I upgraded from 6.14.0-37-generic to 6.17.0-14-generic. However, my ethernet driver is r8168. I'm using KDE neon 24.04. The only way I could get ethernet access was to reboot with the old kernel. To report, launching ubuntu-bug linux failed -- It came up with
