I have similar power management issues on Ryzen 7 7735HS (Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3) with kernel 6.17. My system reports 'amd_pmc: probe with driver amd_pmc failed with error -5', which affects proper sleep/resume cycles and leads to NVMe Unsafe Shutdowns.
