Public bug reported:

## FFE ###

* Description
Debian released the newest version of opencolorio in experimental, I'm asking a
for sync

* Exception rationale
This version is required for Blender 4.5+ to work. Older blender FTBFS on
Resolute.

* Additional information
This is very late because opencolorio now depends on minizip-ng, and minizip-ng
took time to figure out.

* Testing
Testing this packages consisted in building it in a PPA, then building Blender,
then testing Blender. A non working version of opencolorio does not allow
Blender to run.

* seeded-in-ubuntu opencolorio
libopencolorio2.1t64 (from opencolorio) is seeded in:
  kubuntu: supported
  ubuntustudio: daily-live

* Changelog diff
Better than a diff, the changelog of 2.5 can be found here:
https://opencolorio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releases/ocio_2_5.html

* A PPA with an upload:
https://launchpad.net/~paride/+archive/ubuntu/miniblenderz/+packages
(thanks @paride)

* Worth mentioning
One important aspect is that libopencolorio2.1t64 seems to have disappeared in
favor of libopencolorio2.5t64

reverse-depends states that the following things should be transitioned:
```
===============
* blender [amd64 amd64v3 arm64 ppc64el riscv64 s390x]
* krita
* libopencolorio-dev
* libopenimageio2.5
* opencolorio-tools
* python3-pyopencolorio
```
Blender is expected, libopen{image,color}io too. Krita will need a transition.
Krita relies on libopencolorio-dev, so a no-change rebuild might work. I notice
in salsa that the opencolorio depedency of krita is often disabled / enabled
again [1], maybe problems should be expected:
```
        enable opencolorio stuff again (#1105063)
        40d2529c
    May 08, 2024
        disable opencolorio again
        ee1c39d0
    Sep 03, 2022
        enable again opencolorio-based plugin
        4ef3e716
    Apr 14, 2022
        disable opencolorio usage
        86028b93
```
