As part of https://code.launchpad.net/~bullwinkle-
team/ubuntu/+source/pkg-rocm-tools/+git/pkg-rocm-tools/+merge/501030
which adds support for gfx1150 ROCm_ISA for the ROCm package set,
rocthrust will be built for that ISA as well.
The extra ISA causes Launchpad builders to fail in the install step with 'No
space left on device'.
A workaround shall be added that does not cp the files but instead mv them.
