Public bug reported:

## FFE ###

* Description
A new major version of Blender is available.

* Exception rationale
Blender currently FTBFS on Resolute [1]. This is mostly because Resolute is too
far from the VFX Reference Platform of Blender 4.3.x, the current version we
have.
Making blender 4.3 build on resolute will be a lot of vendoring work, for a
very clunky final product. Also 4.3 is a bit old already, so having 5.0 in this
LTS would be great.

* Additional information
This is very late because opencolorio, which is a dependency that required an
update too, took time to figure out.

* Testing
Testing this packages consist in building it in a PPA and run various
operation: create a scene, load a model, modify and subdivide it, export a
rendering.

$ seeded-in-ubuntu blender
Status unknown: No binary packages built by the latest blender.
Try again using -b and the expected binary packages.
