Hi Timo, I tested on Noble and it fails with this 504 error:
$ apt policy devscripts devscripts: Installed: 2.23.7ubuntu0.2 $ rmadison qemu curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 504 I verified that the new URL (https://ubuntu-archive- team.ubuntu.com/madison.cgi) is reachable from the web browser on my machine.
