Public bug reported:
The start menu bar has gone, if I press the start key the start menu is
there and floats mid air but the bottom bar is gone, I have tried to
reinstall the bar as well. if I use the editor I can see it, If I create
a new one I can see it in the editor but its not on screen apart from
that.
