Public bug reported:

aspell-id is an Indonesian dictionary. It was packaged for Ubuntu but
never made it into Debian. Please remove it from resolute.

The dictionary was last updated in 2004:
https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/id/

aspell in general is deprecated in Fedora:
https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/3009

The recommended replacement for aspell-id is hunspell-id which is
packaged as part of the libreoffice-dictionaries source package.

Besides being used by LibreOffice, hunspell is used by Mozilla and Chrome, etc.
https://hunspell.github.io/

aspell-id fails to build because it tries to use debhelper compat 5.
(This build failure has been present for years.)

dh_clean: error: Compatibility levels before 7 are no longer supported
(level 5 requested)

It also needs to stop using cdbs since cdbs will be removed from Debian
soon. It's probably not too difficult to fix these build issues, but I
don't think it's worth fixing.
