(1) I find the fact that Resolute is an LTS actually *weakens* the
rationale for a FFE like this: 1.26 will be "the latest" for something
like 4 months over the 15 years of the release lifespan, not a big win.
And as time passes the relative difference between 1.25 and 1.26 will
become smaller and smaller. For the rest, I see there are indeed some
nice features, thanks for mentioning them.
(2) and (3): OK, without a mass rebuild needed things seem to be well
under control.
FFE granted, but please let's proceed soon with the upload.
