rocprim (7.1.0-0ubuntu4) resolute; urgency=medium
* d/{bin/run-tests, rules}: fix linking test issue.
During test_linking run, we see it tries to link libtest_linking_lib1.so
but not able to find it since it is not in a usual location for
libraries. Adding it to LD_LIBRARY_PATH so tests will be able to find
it. This needs to be done together with RPATH fix in rules which would
cause incorrect RPATH resulting in test binary. (LP: #2143323)
* d/source/options: ignore .jj as its a vcs directory
