Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

google-chrome is a third party tool, is not provided as a Ubuntu package
(from Ubuntu repositories) and does not use the Ubuntu bug tracker on
launchpad.

I've thus marked this incomplete.  If you discover the problem appearing
on other software (that is tracked on this site), you can provide
details, and a package (currently bug is filed against Ubuntu project
itself, not a specific tool/package) can be selected
