Public bug reported: Please sync mariadb 1:11.8.6-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: In the MariaDB 'main' inclusion review (bug 2122095) it was requested that a new AppArmor profile should be created for MariaDB. It was, but to manage risk, it was initially rolled out in 'complain' mode only. It was agreed that after enough feedback and polish it would be set into 'enforce' mode, which was now done in Debian and this is a request to sync that to Ubuntu. There are no other changes. All these changes were done with extensive testing and review in https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-server/-/merge_requests/158, including a review by a Ubuntu Server Team member. In addition to Salsa CI, the MR also documents specific testing using Ubuntu/Launchpad autopkgtests triggered from the MariaDB PPA. Changelog entries since current resolute version 1:11.8.6-3: mariadb (1:11.8.6-4) unstable; urgency=medium * New AppArmor for mariadbd now in 'enforce' mode.
