Public bug reported:
Ubuntu resolute currently ships dracut 110-5. The 110-6 release
cherry-picks several upstream fixes and adds
`rd.overlay=tmpfs:size=<size>` support for controlling the OverlayFS
upper-directory tmpfs size at boot time via kernel command line. This
feature is needed as a step to complete the overlayroot port to Dracut
(bug#2125790)
The release also includes two bug fixes:
- bug#2143264 (crypt: use systemd generator for setting timeout,
fixing NBD/encrypted root timeouts on slow arches)
- bug#2143030 (kernel-modules: install mmc drivers on all
architectures, fixing missing eMMC drivers on Intel Atom systems)
The new `rd.overlay=tmpfs:...` feature is opt-in, systems not passing
the new kernel parameter are unaffected
