# License

I understand that this is mostly as-is from the nvidia provided
packages.

Hence the block license
  28 Files: amd64/* arm64/*

  29 Copyright: 2025 NVIDIA Corporation

But here and there others sneak in, here lrc output for this:

NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Apache-2.0 and/or OFL-1.1 amd64/doc/html/searchindex.js
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat
amd64/doc/html/_static/scripts/bootstrap.js.map
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat
amd64/doc/html/_static/styles/pydata-sphinx-theme.css
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat
amd64/doc/html/_static/styles/pydata-sphinx-theme.css.map
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| BSD-3-clause amd64/include/cuda_stdint.h
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat amd64/include/Openmp/omp-tools.h
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Apache-2.0 and/or OFL-1.1 arm64/doc/html/searchindex.js
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat
arm64/doc/html/_static/scripts/bootstrap.js.map
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat
arm64/doc/html/_static/styles/pydata-sphinx-theme.css
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat
arm64/doc/html/_static/styles/pydata-sphinx-theme.css.map
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| BSD-3-clause arm64/include/cuda_stdint.h
NVIDIA-CUDA-Proprietary| Expat arm64/include/Openmp/omp-tools.h

I'm not sure on the js file, that only mentioned but not declares the license.
But anyway I think I'd ping that back to you, and ask for a fixup.

And maybe run `lrc` in all of them to resolve whatever is left?

# Package namespace

Again Debians older version 12, but then same plan to get rid of the
duplication.
And it is not a hard conflict.

libcupti-dev/resolute 12.4.127~12.4.1-8 amd64 NVIDIA CUDA Profiler Tools
Interface development files
libcupti-doc/resolute 12.4.127~12.4.1-8 all NVIDIA CUDA Profiler Tools
Interface documentation
libcupti12/resolute 12.4.127~12.4.1-8 amd64 NVIDIA CUDA Profiler Tools
Interface runtime library

# Binary namespace

No matter the "it should not /usr/local, this is where it makes my checking
easy.
No conflict AFAICS.

# Misc

No extra remarks on this.

I'll reject this version from the NEW queue to make it less ambiguous
when the new with updated licenses land. If you spot others that you
want to update in that regard provide a list here so we can remove all
those old ones (you do not have to wait with uploads - as you find
sponsors go for it, NEW can even have the same version twice).
