Public bug reported:
I installed latest alpha and installed vlc using the GUI. I then tried
to start vlc but nothing happens, no error or anything.
My only hint is this error log in dmesg, which makes me assume that vlc
tries to use glxinfo, but it has not been configured to have permission
for it.
