Public bug reported:
When migrating to Ubuntu Pro in Jammy (Arm64) noticed that when ESM
package for libdcmtk16 (3.6.6-5ubuntu0.1~esm2) was installed over
libdcmtk16 (3.6.6-5) software using it was starting to fail.
Upon closer inspection it seems that when DcmPixelItem was used and
putUint8Array() method was called it reports error (Illegal Call), while
when downgraded (non-esm package) is used function call works correctly
.
This leads me to suspect that there is regression in libdcmtk16 ESM
package.
Used release is Ubuntu 22.0.4.5 LTS (Jammy)
Used architecture is ARM64
