Public bug reported:

The Debian maintainer has set apache-arrow to no longer build on armhf
and s390x so please remove its binaries on those architectures from
resolute release to allow migration out of resolute-proposed.

Of the reverse dependencies, harlequin is arch:all. The 2 r-cran
packages are no longer built or published on armhf and s390x in resolute
release (see the list of architectures in the reverse-recommends
section).
