Strange situation -- the packages were removed while a rustc-1.85 was stuck
in proposed. Then, just a few hours ago, rustc-1.85 migrated, bringing
rustc-1.85
"back from the dead" and back into the Resolute archive!
rustc-1.85 needs to be removed again from Resolute.
