Public bug reported:

There is no "suspend" option in the power menu on the top right, and
when I run `sudo systemctl suspend -i`, I see the kernel complaining in
dmesg:

[Wed Mar 25 20:18:48 2026] Freezing user space processes failed after
20.004 seconds (1 tasks refusing to freeze, wq_busy=0):

And the laptop does not suspend.
