Hi Daniel, Apologies, I initially tested using a systemd script. I have now tested the command as a desktop startup item at login.
Immediately after login, the left channel is still at 0%. After a short delay, it is set correctly and both speakers work. For this test, I used a startup script with a delay (sleep 10) before running the amixer command. So the workaround works when run after login with a delay, but the issue still occurs earlier during the boot/login initialization.
