FYI ... the ubuntu-release-upgrade tool has NEVER worked for me, causing additional headaches, time and productivity delays. Moreover the forums suggested it is best to do a clean install. And they System must be right and upto date in order to upgrade to the next version. Right?!?! Just saying.
