Hi Prabu, There is a known performance issue with the FIPS mode version of openssl on noble, and we just fixed it on jammy, which is why I was wondering.
Can you double check? $ apt-cache policy openssl-fips-module-3 | grep Installed You used the "regression-update" tag. Does this mean that a previous version of openssl had acceptable performance to you, and that a recent update broke something? Or was it always slow?
