Thanks. Yes that's a deadlock I am familiar with, and I had built
protection against in early versions of

I will need to do some testing on the final Mutter 50.0 release which
includes modifications from Red Hat. I haven't run that version on
Nvidia hardware myself yet.

Kind of surprised MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_RENDER_SOURCE=0 didn't help though.
Did you also reboot?
