Public bug reported:
On the Snapdragon Thinkpad T14s Gen 6 pressing Fn emits a F23 key event
which is mapped to Xf86TouchpadOff. There is no actual F23 key and we
want Fn to act as Fn and nothing else, so we should ignore F23 via udev
hwdb.
