Kernel 6.17 seems to have regressed as I cannot get my laptop to stay up
longer than 4 days before a nfsd related cpu usage runaway occurs - see
attached screenshot from ~26 days ago.  I've been forced to use kernel
6.8 to avoid this issue.

Sometimes I can continue to interact with the system in this state
though I can notice sluggish response but ultimately it eventually locks
up and have to resort to REISUB to get back in.
