Hi, thanks for the report. You're running kernel 5.15 on Ubuntu 20.04
which has since ended the standard support in May 2025. Newer kernels
have significantly improved hardware support, so this may already be
resolved. If you have since moved on to newer kernels/ubuntu series, do
the issues still exist?
If the issue persists on 24.04, please run `apport-collect 2058124` from
a terminal on that system and it will automatically collect the hardware
and kernel information we need for debugging. Thanks!
