This may be a separate bug but, the jppy jpilot plugin is also broken.
$ jpilot jppy: Starting... libpython2.4.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Python is not running, unable to generate GUI! I installed python2.4, but still get $ jpilot removing stale pidfile jppy: Starting... Python is not running, unable to generate GUI! Package is jppy-jpilot-plugins.
