Public bug reported:
I right clicked a pdf in nautilus, and clicked rename on the second
menu. The rename window did not appear. I was no longer able to click
any other folders or files in nautilus. I was able to close the window,
but opening a new one did not resolve the issue. I resolved the issue by
killing nautilus in system monitor.
