Public bug reported:
I recently noticed that my server keeps giving me UTC, despite it being
set to Europe/London.
`timedatectl list-timezones | grep Europe` shows no London.
$ cat /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/London
Europe/London
$ sudo dpkg --verify tzdata
??5?????? /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/London
I cannot figure out why it is doing this.
I cannot uninstall because it breaks grub, apparently. Force reinstall
doesn't fix it. Manually deleting Europe/London and force reinstall
doesn't fix it.
Tried a local Noble schroot and there's no issues.
