* New upstream version rccl 7.1.1 (LP: #2148823)
* d/rules: get ROCm version from changelog; drop fixed gtest filter
* Standardize test execution by adding a run-tests binary (LP: #2148387)
Make it consistent with the rest of the ROCm packages. Files touched:
- d/bin/run-tests: introduce the new binary with the special rccl
circumstances taken in account; Drop fixed ManagedMem gtest filter
- d/librccl1-tests.install: add run-tests
- d/tests/control: update autopkgtest to run the run-tests binary
instead of upstream-binaries and add pkg-rocm-tools as depends
- d/tests/upstream-binaries: remove in favor of rocm-test-launcher
provided by pkg-rocm-tools
* d/control: add XB-X-ROCm-GPU-Architecture metadata to librccl1{,-tests}
(LP: #2148480)
* Address Launchpad builders failing (LP: #2149786)
- d/p/rccl-launchpad-build-fix.patch: fix LP build hang without log
- d/rules: implement heartbeat to prevent LP build timeout
* d/rules: update ROCm ISAs - add gfx908 back (LP: #2149787)
