After selecting “Try or Install Ubuntu” option on the grub menu, there is a blinking cursor for 4 minutes. I assume data is being loaded into ram and it takes this long because the usb flash drive has a slow data transfer speed? Maybe there could be a message: “Loading Ubuntu into your computer’s memory...” (Blinking cursor) - If not completed within a normal time for a data device with fast data - transfer speed, the following message could be displayed: + If not completed within a normal time, the following message could be + displayed: “Data source device has slow transfer speed.
