Public bug reported:

When Lubuntu 26.04 is set up as a qemu/KVM VM, and when a VM viewer like
virt-manager or virt-viewer is used to access the guest, it will
initially work correctly. However, if the feature "Auto Resize VM with
Window" is used, the mouse will no longer act at the place the pointer
is drawn on the screen.
