python3-distupgrade_26.04.21_all.deb

but:

$ do-release-upgrade -d
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
Upgrades to the development release are only 
available from the latest supported release.


$ do-release-upgrade
Checking for a new Ubuntu release

The Ubuntu team is proud to announce Ubuntu 25.10 'Questing Quokka'.


***** It wants to upgrade to 25.10 *****


$ do-release-upgrade -c

How to force it to upgrade to 26.04 ?
