Public bug reported:

I've discovered that djvu can only be printed to PS, not PDF or SVG,
despite these options being offered in "print to file" window.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open djvu document with papers (only djvu documents are affected, PDF is NOT)
2. Press Ctrl-P for pronting
3. Select "current page", choose appropriate "output file", and select PDF or
SVG as output format
4. Click "Print"

You'll notice that the target file has been created, but even if you
chose PDF or SVG, the file is in fact a PS!
