This is not a bug with the kernel. For some reason, you have the Nvidia
550.xx driver installed, but it is no longer supported. And you are
running an obsolete 6.11.x kernel.
You should remove the 550 driver (i.e. switch back to nouveau) and fully
update your system. Then, install a supported Nvidia driver
