[Impact]
As per the discussion in LP: #2148074 and LP: #2142792, the nautilus
profile should be removed to reduce unprivileged user namespace
bypasses. This was done properly in later Ubuntu releases, but the
attempt to do so in 24.04 missed the fact that a bwrap profile is
necessary to keep functionality such as thumbnailing working correctly.
This will be a second attempt to remove the nautilus profile, while
ensuring that thumbnailing functionality is preserved.
(The rest of the SRU template will be filled out once a fixed upload can
be prepared and tested)
