Public bug reported:

I'm getting into a bug involving external monitors. Reported here for
reference: https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/system-freezes-when-
cursor-moves-to-external-monitor/371210/2

Each time I connect the monitor and my Kubuntu freezes, I shut it down
(by pressing the power button once, and letting the laptop go through
the shutdown cycle). After the computer restarts, I get the notification
that says light-locker found a problem and asked me to report it.
