Please upgrade the s390-tools package for 26.10 to the latest available version,
that is as of today:
https://github.com/ibm-s390-linux/s390-tools/releases/tag/v2.42.1
This is highly likely not the final version for 26.10,
but it allows to test changes and new tools even during the development phase.
