** Description changed:

  [SRU Justfication]

  BugLink: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2154392

These binary firmware changes are required for full Wifi and Bluetooth
MLO functionality on DGX Spark and other MT7925 devices

  [Impact]

Lack of full Wifi and Bluetooth MLO functionality on DGX Spark and other
MT7925 devices, particularly with some Netgear APs
+
+ In the original firmware, calibration was performed every time the channel
was set.
+ However, the DPD calibration results would sometimes become incorrect,
causing degraded TX quality.
+ After performing a full scan and recalibration, the calibration values would
return to their expected levels, and TX quality would be restored.
+ This explains why the TX rate improves after a full scan.
+
+ In the new version of the firmware, calibration is now performed only once
for the same channel.
+ Additionally, the issue with DPD calibration results drifting has been fixed.
+ As a result, high TX quality and TX rate are achieved immediately upon
connection, without needing a full scan.

  [Fix]

Apply the following vendor-proposed patches from upstream:

  WiFi - https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-
  firmware.git/commit/?id=b981cd3786e8275c6954f880e95ad54cacc5ccb8

  NN Prereq:

  firmware.git/commit/?id=ff2b45687e7334c17853638a91f55be3295a71e0

  BT - https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-
  firmware.git/commit/?id=c8949c63516c4548075d28576c429561e8e5ec81

  NN Prereq:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/commit/?id=1e133c2d1d755520c0a653c96fd4e34505039455
  [Test Case]

  1. Verify that Wifi can still be established with a non-Netgear device
  with the updated blobs.

  2. Verify that Wifi can still be established with a Netgear device with
- the updated blobs
+ the updated blobs, and that TX quality is no longer degraded

  [Where problems could occur]

As this is an opaque binary update, this could impact all MT7925 WiFi
  and Bluetooth devices

  [Other Info]

This update originates from a support request by Nvidia
