Current behavior:
The `papirus-icon-theme` package currently available in Lubuntu repositories is
stuck at version 20240201-1. Because of this, it is missing all recent icon
updates and symlinks for Google Web Apps (PWAs generated via Chrome). The
launcher icons on LXQt desktop and menus appear with outdated graphics or
incorrect web fallbacks.
Expected behavior:
The package should be updated to a newer snapshot, updated Google PWA
icon IDs.
Steps to reproduce:
* Install Lubuntu with LXQt and set Papirus as the system icon theme.
* Create a Google Web App (e.g., Gmail or Google Calendar) via Google Chrome.
* Notice that the icon generated in the application menu remains old or
un-themed compared to the active theme due to outdated package files.
