Can you share the logs from snapd and the failed change? You can run
`journalctl -xu snapd` to get the snapd logs. To get the change logs, you can
use `snap changes` to find the failed refresh change and then `snap change
<ID>` with the specific change ID to get a list of tasks and statuses.
It's possible that the download was corrupted which then means snapd can't find
a signature matching the download's hash. Can you also run `ls -l
/var/lib/snapd/snaps/gnome-42-2204_247.snap` just to check for any obvious sign
of corruption?
