Confirmed the equivalent fix works in production on Raspberry Pi 5. Two nodes running custom-built kernels (rpi-6.12.y + CONFIG_BPF_LSM=y + bpf in CONFIG_LSM) 2-3 weeks with Cilium Tetragon in enforcement mode. No regressions.
Requesting SRU consideration for Noble (24.04). The raspi kernel is the only arm64 flavor missing this, and 24.04 is supported until 2029. All prerequisites (BPF_SYSCALL, BPF_JIT, DEBUG_INFO_BTF) are already enabled. The change is a single Kconfig line with zero impact on users who don't explicitly load BPF LSM programs. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2150798 Title: CONFIG_BPF_LSM not enabled in linux-raspi arm64 kernel To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-raspi/+bug/2150798/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
