Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates.

From the looks of the versions, you seem to be installing a mix of packages 
versions from two different ubuntu releases:
   (2.1.2-0ubuntu1) over (2.0.3-0ubuntu1)

That would be a jump between focal (no updates) and jammy, assuming
those debs are from official sources. This isn't a supported upgrade
path. Therefore, I'm marking the bug as invalid. The upgrade path (using
do-release-upgrade) doesn't seem to currently have that issue.
