Acredito que o controlador integrado tenha sido corrompido quando tentou trocá-lo. A troca de drivers não é suportada, e, por isso, não conheço nenhum procedimento oficial para desfazer a alteração.
Primeiro, experimente o comando `amdgpu-uninstall` e reinicie o computador.
