I am going to sync this instead. Our delta is only necessary when there
is a suffix like ubuntu1 or build1 in the version string, and was added
to fix FTBFS of a no change rebuild[1].

And, that fix was accepted in Debian and is currently in experiemental
[2]. So, unless we have another ubuntu change between now and another
ucf upload to unstable, things should be fine if I sync now.
