Hi there! Thanks for the bug report. In this case, the normal `apt
upgrade` is not sufficient to resolve your issue. For APT to solve the
transition, you should run `apt full-upgrade` before running the update
as the normal upgrade is not allowed to remove packages.
Can you share the output of `apt list --upgradeable`? This will show
which updates are preventing the release upgrade.
