Package contains only shared library:
/usr/lib/libvlc.so.0.0.0: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1
(SYSV), stripped
It would be convenient to get static library also. I think this is
merely a matter of changing build options for Libvlc.
