* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2153317). Remaining changes:
- d/rules: add hardening=+all
- d/rules: override auto_configure to enable tests and set the build type
to "Release" as shown in the upstream build instructions.
* Dropped changes, included in Debian:
- d/p/0001-Set-cmake_minimum_required-to-3.5.patch:
+ cherry pick build fix from Debian (lp: 2146890)
