I see your mysql config has
bind-address = 192.168.1.241
And the error log says

another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?
Could you please tell us the answer? (:
Is this IP address available on your system? Is port 3306 in use by any other
service?
A possible workaround would be to change the bind-address to 127.0.0.1
(for example) and run `sudo dpkg --configure -a`, and then re-configure
the service once the package is upgraded.
